It is so incredible how a couple’s wedding day unites their friends and family It is just such a special day that their loved ones will do whatever they can to make it so. I will never forget how shocked and humbled I was by my Aunt and Uncle flying in for my wedding. This was extra special, because my uncle always refuses to fly. Yet, for my wedding day, he packed his bag and boarded a plane just to share it with me. Alessandro’s mother lives in Italy, but of course she wouldn’t miss her baby’s big day! It was so special to see them reunited!
Laura and Alessandro’s day was filled with some of the most endearing and genuine moments. In the Bridal Suite at The First Methodist Church of Brookshire, Laura laughed and giggled with her ladies. Yet, when her Dad walked in and saw her in her wedding gown the moment all but stood still. It was such a sweet moment between a father and his little girl.
After the ceremony, the reception was held at Pecan Springs, where we able to capture Laura and Alessandro’s first moments as husband and wife! The hall was adorned with the happiest of colors, yellow! This was so fitting for Laura and Alessandro’s wedding because there was a true outpouring of happiness. Their out of town guests were treated to a “true” Texan experience, as Laura named the tables after Texas Cities! There was also cowboy boots and Aggie War Hymns involved! We are so happy for Laura and Alessandro and wish them the very best in their life together!
