If you have ever had a puppy, then you know what it is like to desperately hide anything of value, just to prevent those little jaws from gnawing on it. I have lost so many shoes and glasses to the puppies of my life. However, sometimes these puppies grow up and they still love to chew. I have a guy who has eaten many hats and the shoe laces off of every pair of shoes we own. Just the laces, not the shoe. He also ate the box my wedding ring came in. I had an instant flash back when saw Lacy’s ring box. Then I heard that their fur baby had discovered how tasty her ring box was! Didn’t surprise me in the least! Good thing these pups are worth it!

While we were in the Bridal Suite, Lacy told us plenty of stories about her and Genaro. They met while they were going to school at Texas Tech and immediately bonded over their love for dancing and Texas Country music. She said that Genaro would frequently serenade her with love songs –publicly! So romantic. Genaro felt so strongly about singing to his love that he also planned to sing to Lacy on their wedding day as well.

All Brides want to make sure their guests are happy, but Lacy definitely provided all of the comforts for her guests of all ages. Her littlest guests had a blast at their coloring station! Also, the adults were fed some of the most delicious food. This is very “un-Texan” of me, but I don’t particularly care for BBQ. However, Lacy had some of the most delicious BBQ I have ever had. I couldn’t get enough! Then, she fed everyone some incredibly delicious cake and cupcakes! It was so tasty that everyone kept coming back for seconds! After a night full of dancing and Texas County, Lacy and Genaro’s guests sent them off with a bubble and glowstick exit. We wish Lacy and Genaro many years of happiness!
