Becca + John = MARRIED! | First Baptist Church | Heights Villa |Houston Wedding Photographer

Happy Valentine’s Day to all of our lovlies out there! At C. Baron, we really love what we do.  We have been so fortunate and blessed to have worked with some really amazing people on our photographic adventure.  Sharing one of the biggest days of a couple’s life has been such an honor.  And sometimes, you meet a couple and you just KNOW – not only are they completely adorable together, but that we’re going to have so much FUN with them on their big journey!

When I first met Becca and John, I just knew we had to photograph their wedding.  Fortunately, they felt the same!  The fun started with an extended engagement session in College Station – it doesn’t hurt that we all share that burning love of everything maroon!  We went up to the Aggie Barn, narrowly missing a severe thunderstorm.  Stopped in Calvert for some fun, small town shots.  And then back to TAMU campus and the Dixie Chicken to finish out the session.  So much fun.

We decided that Bell Tower would be a great location for some unique bridals and met Becca’s mom, Dana, for the first time. Have we said how much we love this family?!?!?!  Becca looked stunning in her Winnie Couture gown – this woman has AMAZING style – we knew more gorgeousness was to come on their wedding day.

On their big day, Becca and John did a First Look (took some convincing, but John’s now very glad he did it)!  It gave us plenty of time to get those great couple shots as well as have a lot of fun with the bridal party before the ceremony.  Their ceremony in the Chapel at First Baptist Houston was beautiful.  After the “I do’s,” we headed over to Heights Villa for a fun reception with a modernly vintage theme.  Lots of gorgeous florals and her colors of midnight blue, olive green and slate grey looked completely elegant.  Everyone had a great time with their live band,  Easy Money, and partied the night away.  Unfortunately, it does have to come to an end, but the Aggie touch continued – their leave had all the guests waving customized 12th Man towels (Becca, have I told you how many of our brides do this after seeing your images?!?!??!?).

I know it’s been a while since their wedding,  but we have been waiting for the perfect time to share it – Valentine’s Day seemed like the ideal moment to talk about Becca and John –  You gotta just love the love that these two share.  Congratulations to the happy couple! ♥ And happy Valentine’s Day to everyone who loves love! ♥
