As a kid, my mom use to tell me stories about visiting my Aunt out in West Texas. It was a tiny little town and everyone knew everybody. It sounded so charming and sweet! While I think it would be fun living in a town where everyone knows your name, I would hate to miss out on the opportunity to be introduced to the multitude of new people and experiences that a major city has to offer. The great thing about Houston is there is so much diversity – culture, food, people – I could go on forever. The City of Houston itself, is so diverse! Melanie and Chris’ engagement session proves this point. All of their photos were taken downtown, but they appear to be taken in different places. Some of the photos even have a little bit of a rural feel. Not that the cityscape mattered much because these two were glowing. They are such a loving couple! Melanie is absolutely beautiful! It was impossible to get a bad shot of her. What a lucky man Chris is! We can’t wait for their wedding this fall!
